Effective Management Methods of High Performance Printers
The management approach a leader uses can have a dramatic impact in improving organizational performance. But which approach is best for you? Using findings from the PIA printing business management practices study, Dr. Ralph Williams will discuss the relationships found between six management approaches (analyzing financial ratios, a quality focus, entrepreneurial orientation, goal setting, strategic thinking, and social capital) and the performance impact. Based on the study’s findings, Ralph will provide guidance on how to execute strategic planning and the importance of an innovative culture.
