Rebekah Fougere is a results-driven, dynamic marketing executive with over 25 years of proven success in the printing industry. At Xerox Canada, she developed and executed a marketing strategy that propelled the Graphics Communications division to $40 million in sales with annual growth of 8% at a time when the market was in decline. Most recently, in her role as the Marketing Director for Konica Minolta Canada, her focus was on creating innovative marketing programs to help printers accelerate growth. She has an Honours BBA in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Sales Trainer. Co-presenting will be Randy Fougere, President and Founder of Think2Grow Marketing, a high-growth Toronto-based agency. Randy has extensive marketing expertise spanning over 25 years in senior national and global executive roles serving print, software, and managed IT markets. Randy holds degrees in Business Systems and Psychology, along with an MBA, Marketing from the Schulich School of Business. He has served on numerous boards including the American Marketing Association.
